How to use:

• Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace. 
• Release outer elastic straps. 
• Wrap main elastic band around back and attach in front. 
• Fasten outer left elastic strap (black inside) to black on main elastic band. 
• Fasten right outer elastic strap (blue inside) to white on other outer elastic strap.
